“A peaceful haven, home away from home.”

Reviewed 5 Nov 2016

This is a lovely townhouse: spotless, comfortable, spacious and beautifully set up with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. We liked the fact that it is situated away from the main tourist areas, yet only a 15 minute drive. The complex itself is beautifully clean and quiet, the pool area was never busy during our stay and the gardens are mature and pretty, the perfect surrounding to relax on the terrace with a good book (which we did a lot). We loved Peyia itself, just up the hill - 5 mins drive (or walking distance maybe an hour, but the hill is quite steep!). The supermarket here stocks everything you might want during your holiday and a a few very nice local restaurants in the village, spectacular views down over the bay from the top by the church. All in all a thoroughly nice place, as soon as we walked in the door we felt ourselves at home, we would definitely recommend and already planning to return next year!

“Great stay at Peyia Townhouse”

Reviewed 13 Oct 2016

Our two weeks at Peiya Townhouse was exactly what we needed - comfortable, quiet and a nice pool - ideal for this holiday. There's not much within walking distance so a car is essential. Peyia village has a supermarket and number of good restaurants and is only a few minutes away by car. Coral Bay has a bigger selection of eating places and is still only about 10 mins away. It's also a good location as a base for exploring the west and north west of Cyprus and it's not too far to get to Troodos and surrounding villages for a day--trip.

“Peaceful and beautiful, with everything you need close by.”

Reviewed 30 Aug 2016

We have just returned from our second visit to this townhouse in Peyia and it was just as lovely as the first time- if possible we enjoyed it even more. We very rarely return to anywhere we have been before, but this townhouse, which is part of a beautiful complex, is extremely well maintained and in a very peaceful location. The owners are a delight to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. The house itself is very clean and tastefully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for a week, or few weeks stay in Cyprus. It is close enough to local amenities, but yet tucked away in a very peaceful part of Peyia. The view from the master-bedroom, is really beautiful and you can view the sea in the distance and the evening sunsets! Most early mornings, the only sound you can hear is that of a collared dove. There is a lovely pool and sunbathing area, which never has more than one, or two people around it at any time and if you enjoy the sea, it is only 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay, or Coralia Bay; both clean sandy beaches and safe for swimming. There are some excellent restaurants worth visiting in Coral Bay and nearby Paphos, along with a supermarket close by and other shops in Coral Bay. However, I would recommend hiring a car, although there is a bus stop, just a few yards from the entrance to the property. This really is a gem of a place in Peyia. It has everything you could possible want and need from a holiday let, along with being; truly peaceful, very relaxing and well worth a visit. We hope to return here quite soon.

“Immaculate town house in a small development with pretty gardens and a lovely, large pool”

Reviewed 21 Jul 2016

We were delighted with this well-appointed and equipped house. The two en suite bedrooms have masses of storage and there are beautiful views from the main bedroom. The living area is spacious and well furnished- although the weather meant we didn't linger long indoors! When we did linger we were glad of the efficient air con. The kitchen had everything we needed including a washing machine. The pretty patio area has table, chairs and parasol. We were pleased to have the option of wifi at a small additional charge. This is clearly a cherished holiday home rather than a typical holiday rental. Laurence and Annie sent copious directions to ensure that the house was easy to find and in the house is information about local shops and restaurants.

“Beautiful townhouse in perfect, peacful surroundings!”

Reviewed 2 Sep 2015

We have just returned from this lovely town house and it really is as described and shown in the photographs-if anything even better. Well looked after and in a perfect place if you are looking for peace and quiet. A beautiful pool area, hardly anyone ever in the pool, so never over-crowded! Very clean and well kept also. Friendly neighbours and just so peaceful. Coral Bay is only a 10 minute car journey away from Peyia at the most and has a sandy beach, along with restaurants and nightlife. There is a super market nearby and of course restaurants in Peyia itself. The townhouse is very clean and the master bedroom has beautiful views towards the sea and the swimming pool below and wonderful for watching the evening sunsets. It was everything we hoped for and more and our teenage children loved it. The owners could not have been more helpful and although we do know the area very well, they e-mailed us lots of useful information (information also provided for visitors in a well kept file in the townhouse) and were an absolute delight to deal with. Definitely worth a second visit! We would most certainly book this lovely Peyia townhouse again.

“Fabulous”

Reviewed 23 Aug 2015

We absolutely loved this town house. Lovely clean, contemporary decor and spacious. The master bedroom was lovely with a balcony overlooking the pool. The lounge was spacious and had a lovely terrace leading out onto lovely colourful gardens. The neighbours were very friendly and helpful. The pool was also a good size and clean. The location was perfect, some nice local tavernas and local supermarket which was super cheap. The local beach Corrallia was a 5 min drive and was a beautiful, Sandy beach with a nice restaurant. Will definitely be returning, best value for money holiday we've had. The owners were always available if we needed then too, which was great!!!

“Perfect, relaxing”

Reviewed 7 Aug 2015

Me and my partner stayed here in May 2015. The accommodation is stunning, spotless, plenty of room and has everything you could need. The pool was always quite and the gardens beautiful and well cared for. It is a good base for exploring the island. Annie and Laurence were absolutely fantastic and provided us with some really useful information regarding our stay. We will definitely return!!

“Wonderful, quiet location with mountain and sea views”

Reviewed 10 Oct 2014

We usually tend to go for villas holiday as we enjoy the privacy and a pool to ourselves! However, this year we decided to try this townhouse (as on a tighter budget) and we were both very pleasantly surprised with the experience. The pool was huge, warm and most of the time we had it to ourselves or with just another couple present. In addition, the townhouse was in a very quiet location and no noise from neighbours gave it more of a villa feel inside. Outside there were two balconies upstairs (with lovely views) and a downstairs patio/garden area with a good degree of privacy. The whole area around Peyia is very pretty and we particularly enjoyed the evenings in the Coral Bay resort, small but with a good choice of restaurants (and not just Greek). Plenty of places to visit - and we didn't get to see them all so I'm sure we'll be making a return visit some time soon. Thanks to Annie and Laurence who provided excellent information and directions - we also found the huge amount of information provided at the house really helpful. Almost a villa experience but without the price tag, in our opinion great value for money.

“Peaceful”

Reviewed 15 Sep 2014

Just got back from a gloriously relaxing 6 nights stay. You definitely need a car as the house is in a quiet location away from the shops and restaurants so no noise pollution - a few minutes down the road in the car to Coral Bay and you have plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. The majority of the time it was just me and my travel companions by the pool, so if it's a peaceful holiday you want then this is the perfect place. The house was clean and had everything we needed i.e. air conditioning and a large fridge! The owners were very pleasant and helpful and provided ample information prior to our departure. A BIG thumbs-up.

“What a beautiful development!”

Our 2nd time at this townhouse. A perfect resting place when in need of a holiday. The pool was 32 degrees! The residents are wonderful. The village is quaint. Restaurants galore and the sea just down the road. It does not get any better than that!

“Just the perfect holiday”

Reviewed 22 May 2014

Excellent, highly recommended accommodation in a beautiful, peaceful, well kept complex. Extremely well equipped, tasteful decor, spotless with air con, a large communal pool with just a handful of welcoming residents. Very friendly helpful owners, Laurence and Annie will advise you on any queries you may have. A car is a must if you want to explore this beautiful island, there are many wonderful restaurants and bars to visit close by all with WIFI. This was a lovely relaxing holiday that suited all my needs, I will definitely be returning, still so much to explore.

The house in Peya / Pegeia is part of a complex of several buildings grouped around a swimming pool and the garden. The location is very quiet, ideal for rest and relaxation , to the village is not far away , for Coral Bay , you can come by car in 5, on foot in 20 to 30 minutes. The location is great if you want to explore the Akamas Peninsula. For the trip to the Troodos Mountains or to the forest house Stavros tis Psokas you have to expect even 1.5 to two hours until Limassol about an hour. Not worthwile ist driving to Larnaca , Nicosia and Ayia Napa, because of the distance - in our opinion . The house is ideal for 4 people (over 100 square meters , 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets) , good facilities with really everything you need (except: there is no electric coffee maker, but a manual. ) . We were only there for two and that was excellent. All Equipment, furnishing, towels etc. is high quality and well maintained. The support provided by the owner is great (online), also in Peya there is a very nice contact . We were 16 days in November and it was perfect. We were very, very satisfied.
Reiner & Martina - (November 2013)

All you need for a perfect holiday regardless of your needs, this area has it all. It is peaceful but centrally located to all the best amenities in Peyia/Coral bay areas. The property is roomy and very functional for this climate. It has 2 on-suites and a downstairs loo! You will not be disappointed.
Robert & Sharon - (September 2013)

A fantastic stay in a lovely quiet home and setting. We really enjoyed just doing nothing most days – relaxing and kids loved the pool, could not believe we had it to ourselves most of the time!
Mark, Lindsey, Grace & Ethan - (August 2013)

We had a lovely holiday at this town house - the apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival which is important to us. The rooms were spacious and everything we needed was provided. The biggest selling point to this holiday home, is the pool. Most days we almost had it to ourselves despite our holiday being in peak period. It was very quiet and relaxing and great to cool down in the very hot weather. The surrounding area was perfect - near to restaurants (our favourites were Neo`s and Harmony) but away from all the hustle and bustle of Paphos. In short, if you are looking for a family orientated, quiet holiday in a well equipped home, then I can recommend this property. We had a wonderful time.
Fran & Simon - (July 2013)

We recently stayed in this Peyia townhouse and found it the perfect base for our first visit to Cyprus. The house is very clean, beautifully maintained and well equipped. Although there were only two of us, the house would be perfect for, say, two couples or a family of four. The owners and previous occupants had left ample information on places to visit and where to eat which was all very helpful. The other residents of this complex were very friendly and the pool is lovely and while we were there, never busy.
Val & David - (May 2013)

The Town House was well equipped, comfortable sofas, TV with a good selection of DVD's. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Peyia village is in walking distance with a supermarket, bakery, fruit market and several good restaurants e.g. Peyia Tavern. Coral Bay is not far away where you will find an array of good restaurants and of course the beach. I would recommend a car as from Peyia you can go to the Akamas, Polis & Latchi and the Troods just to name a few places. A very nice property ideally situated to explore the Island or just to relax by the pool. I would recommend this property and would stay in it again.
Janet - (May 2013)

A lovely holiday. Spotlessly clean on arrival in glorious sunshine. The house is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The neighbours were friendly and helpful. Plenty of varied places to eat, a few minutes' drive away. Beautifully kept development with well-maintained pool and gardens. Thoroughly recommended.
Dyllis - (April 2013)

Our first trip to Cyprus and we love it. The house is superb, lovely décor and equipped with everything you need. Complex is quiet and beautifully laid out. Spent ages chilling on the patio with a glass of wine or 3!! Pool is great and residents very friendly. Love that you can lie in bed and see the sea! Divided our time between chilling out here (much needed) and seeing the sights. Good trip to Latchi and Baths of Aphrodite. Polis beach is delightful but very pebbly, need water shoes. Mosaics at Kato Pafos are well worth a visit but not much shade - take a hat and water. Trip to Troodos mountains is a full day but worthwhile although Troodos resort was disappointing. Stop at Pano Platres instead. Kikkos monastery stunning. If you prefer a quiet beach, we recommend Agios Georges, great views, swimming in the harbour and cheap and cheerful beach café. Hire a lounger and umbrella for 2 euros each. Church on headland worth a visit, as is taverna, good fish. Eating out suggestions, Cousins tavern in Peyia for good meze, sensible portions, well cooked and served at right intervals. For a bigger meze try Costas Taverna. Can definitely endorse recommendation for Imogens in Kathikas - romantic candlelight, courtyard and lovely food. Annie and Laurence - Thank you for sharing your second home -  we have had the best time.
Sarah & Howard – (October 2012)

Dear Annie and Laurence, we had a wonderful holiday. Villa, pool, beaches and restaurants great. We would highly recommend Imogens in Kathikas.
Tom, Mary and Eleni – (September 2012)

House is lovely, well equipped, easy access to everything. Extra info e.g maps and leaflets, were a big help. Recommended restaurants would be Fat Mamas, which is located on the main road in Paphos town. Pepperoni Pizza, this is located on the road between here and Paphos town, cheap. Paphos Zoo would be one to visit although a bit pricey. Tomb of the Kings is very cheap and an interesting site to visit. Paphos harbour has a lot of restaurants and also souvenir shops. Ran out of time to go to Aphrodite’s Water Park, this looks very good for teenagers and kids however prices were a bit steep. The pool is a great size and we had this to ourselves for most of the days. The weather has been great, barely a cloud in the sky. I am sure we would like to make a return visit sometime, many thanks.

Back for a second stay. House as lovely and comfortable as before apart from a few days without the air conditioning but eventually sorted, it didn't spoil the stay. Weather as good as ever, still nice and quiet, not spoilt by too many other holiday makers. Had the pool to ourselves most of the days.
Paul, Louise & Emily – (July 2012

We arrived at this lovely and thoughtfully equipped town house and were very impressed with the peaceful, colourful and pretty gardens and larger than expected swimming pool with ample sun loungers. The Town House was very clean and well maintained and just as described; the owners had gone to much trouble to provide everything you could possibly need and also to provide their guests with an abundance of local information. The kitchen was a good size and the furniture and beds most comfortable - in fact you could really tell that this is a much loved and well cared for second home. There was lots to do and see in the area - 5 minutes by car to the beach at Coral Bay, easy access into Paphos town and lots of World Heritage sites; and a short drive into the Troodos mountains. There are an abundance of good places to eat a short car drive away. We had a really lovely fortnight, the pool was very quiet and immaculately maintained and everyone we met was very helpful and friendly.
Highly recommended!

Andy & Sue (Milton Keynes)(May 2012)

We had an extremely relaxing week in a lovely environment, a very quiet development. The house was very well equipped and very clean and the owners left details of everything you would need to know when away from home. The pool area was also very quiet and sometimes I was the only one in the pool. There were supermarkets and restaurants very close to the house, however, a car is a must as there is quite a walk up a hill and in the heat could be a bit too much especially if you are carrying groceries. Well worth a visit.
Sue & Andy (September 2011)

We had a lovely time in this immaculate townhouse. The pool was great and never too busy; the air conditioning worked well; the gardens were well maintained; everyone we met on the complex was warm and friendly, especially Sue who makes cakes! Pegia had some nice restaurants as did Coral Bay where everyone was very friendly. The townhouse is in a good location and a short car journey to the Tomb of the Kings, Polis, Latchi, Aphrodite Water Park, the Mosaics, Aphrodite's Baths to name but a few.
Jayne & Kevan (August 2011)

The house was exactly as described and actually seemed more spacious than we anticipated. It is the first time we (four adults) have stayed in a townhouse with a shared pool and we were concerned that the pool might be too small for the number of people there. We need not have worried. The pool was the highlight of our stay. it was long enough to swim lengths in (at least 20metres) and also very warm and shallow for just relaxing in. Since there were never more than 7 properties occupied there were many occasions when the pool was completely empty. The town of Peyia had everything we wanted including lots of different Tavernas to choose from, none of which disappointed. The walk up the hill to the town was challenging in 32°C but walking down the hill after an evening spent enjoying a Meze and wine was never a problem. Within a short drive from Peyia there are lovely beaches, including the Turtle Conservation area, as well of course, as easy access to the Roman and Greek mosaic floors at the Archaeological site  at Paphos Port. We would recommend this property if you want to get away from the crowds and enjoy sitting on a patio overlooking attractive gardens and a pool in glorious weather. It was extremely good value for money.
Carole & Janis (August 2011)

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in this townhouse. The house itself is absolutely fantastic, spotlessly clean and highly equiped for a care free, relaxing holiday. The owners were extremely helpfull and provided a host of information on the area and directions to the house were accurate and easy to follow. The pool was fantastic and not particularly busy, so a relaxing time was had by all. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a stress free, relaxing holiday but with the main attractions ,husstle and busstle of larger resorts within easy reach...a winning combination !!
Paul K (July 2011)

Maybe the description of the house does not do it justice as it is far bigger than it sounds. The property is well maintained and extremely clean, it has a well equipped kitchen you are able to cook any meal from toast to a sunday roast if needed. The pool has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and the other residents were friendly, the car park is only a few steps away from the door. We found plenty of bars and restaurants in the village which is a short uphill walk away [or two minute drive]. The house is perfectly situated for Coral Bay which has lovely sandy beaches and a good nightlife. We would recommend the townhouse to anyone just go and relax you are sure to enjoy it.
Delise, Fred & Family (June 2011)

This is a lovely property with all the amenties that you could want, in a nice quiet area 15KM NW of Paphos and only a few minutes drive to the lovely Coralia & Coral beeches. We stayed here for a week in September - the weather was fabulous at least 34 each day. We alternated between the complex pool (no more than 5 people at the pool at any one time) and the local beeches.
You will need a car to get down to the beeches and also visit the local supermarkets to stock up on food and drink. If your looking for a quiet spot to to relax for a few days or a week - this location is perfect.
Robert (September 2010)

An attractive town house in a quite peaceful location. The pool is lovely, and even though we stayed during peak season, we often had this all to ourselves. The owners provided excellent directions on how to get to the house, plus very useful equipment including a beach umbrella pool games etc. The house is situated in a very quiet, residential location, but with easy access (provided you have a car) to local supermarkets, bakeries, the beaches and excellent restaurants.
Kris (August 2010)

This lovely modern house is perfectly equipped for a family of 4 (kids aged 10 & 14), with plenty of space, air conditioning and all conveniences (such as a washing machine). It's in a quiet, peaceful location, with tavernas, beaches and supermarkets just a short 5 to 10 minute drive or taxi ride away. It's also conveniently located for Paphos town, the Akamas peninsula and north western Cyrus.
Directions provided by the owner were perfect (we didn't get lost) and lots of information was provided on local attractions/restaurants. The house was sparklingly clean when we arrived, with fresh towels and bed linen provided.
We had a lovely holiday here and would highly recommend it

"Wonderful holiday in Peyia"
We went as a group of 4 (2 over 60's and 2 over 70's) to Cyprus and spent 2 relaxing weeks in Annie and Laurence's beautiful Peyia Townhouse at the beginning of July. The house is lovely - spacious, airy and well furnished and has a great patio overlooking the gardens and pool. Everywhere was scrupulously clean and we had everything we needed. The development is quiet and gardens and pool area are lovely - we were often the only people in the pool. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive. There are also good supermarkets nearby and an excellent fruit and veg shop in Peyia where fresh local produce is available. We visited lots of places within easy reach: Paphos mosaics, Porto Latsi, Polis, Aphrodite's Pool etc. and also spent a day in the Troodos mountains and Cedar Valley. Annie and Laurence were very helpful before we went ensuring that we had all the necessary info to have a good hol and we certainly did!

Elaine (July 2010)

We have just returned from our holiday staying in this beautiful townhouse and we were extremely pleased with our choice. Laurence and Annie were very efficient and helpful prior to us leaving, happy to answer any questions we had and advising us on transfers from Paphos airport.
The property itself was furnished to a very high standard, very clean and had everything we needed for a week away (2 adults, 2 children aged 5 and 9). The location was also ideal, nice and quiet - lovely little town that had everything you needed including well-stocked supermarkets, banks and some good restaurants.
The grounds of the property were lovely and the kids loved the pool! Would highly recommend this to anyone and will definitely be looking to make another visit in the near future.
Andrea (May 2010)

We have enjoyed a relaxing holiday in your Pegeia home. The directions from Larnaka airport were excellent. You have clearly given much thought to the decor and furnishings to make your townhouse very comfortable. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. I hope this doesn't sound silly but I really loved the marble staircase. The floor-standing fan was a God-send for us as neither Natalie nor I are fans of air-con. The Pegeia Gardens pool was a big hit all round as the 4 of us were often the only users. Our favourite places visited were Aphrodite's beach (about 1-2Km from Aphroditel's bath), the kids thought that this was the best place for snorkelling. The Mosaic Houses were also an all-round favourite. Aphrodite's Water Park was good but expensive and the ride to Adonis' Baths was a bit of an adventure having passed all the road signs saying 'road good for all cars' on the way there!. Many thanks once again.
Robert, Natalie, Alexander & Imogen (August 2009)

The Cyprus Townhouse was perfect for our family holiday. The property was very clean, very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The townhouse is perfectly situated for those who would like to explore the surrounding area with many attractions and activities for every age group. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property to friends and family and hope to return their again in the near future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short break and wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment and surrounding area, so peaceful, were perfect.

We have very much enjoyed our stay here in the house and also the town.  The pool is a perfect size and the air conditioning was very useful & efficient. The people who live in this location are extremely friendly and the weather has been really lovely.  Thanks again.

Just to say we had a lovely time in Cyprus. Your town house is in a terrific location, very quiet and friendly neighbours. The house itself was very clean and we throughly enjoyed our stay.  We found the additional information very useful.  We would recommend a trip to Kourion and the Water Park is excellent for teenagers.
Kevin & Kerstin (28th July - 7th August 08)

A return visit having stayed here is August 2007.  We enjoyed our stay here this year as much as we did in 2007 & no doubt we will return again.  It is very “homely” here and we feel very relaxed and comfortable.
Sandra & Ben (13th - 23rd July 08)

We can thoroughly recommend this beautifully furnished house, ideally located with Peyia village and Coral Bay close by. The gardens & pool area are maintained to a very high standard making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the wonderful Cyprus weather. Lots of additional information provided by the owners which was very useful.
Alison & Keith (18th – 25th June 08)

The experience of opening the door of any accommodation for the first time can always be a little daunting but 3C (you'll have to give it a name!) was a delight and did not disappoint in any way. 5 stars! We had a smashing time.
John & Carol (23rd May - 30th May 08)

We had a fantastic time in Cyprus, and it was made by having such a great location and a stunning townhouse to stay in. Lovely views and beautifully kept gardens and pool. The village is a good twenty minutes walk up the hill but well worth it. The 2 storey supermarket is faultless and stock everything you could ask for, very friendly staff and they even carry your bags to the car for you. All the local people are very friendly and offer a warm welcome. There are several restaurants in the village, with the best being called 'Sophies' which offers a buffet menu and has a bar above called JJ's which has fantastic views of Coral Bay. Coral bay has a sandy beach and everything that you need including toilets, water sports and taverna for snacks etc. We would also highly recommend taking a quad bike safari to Lara bay, the conservation beach where the turtles can be seen at certain times of the year. We intend to return to Cyprus and would definitely stay here again.
Dave & Gill (5th April - 19th April 08)

We thought the house was furnished and equipped to a high standard and was a superb holiday home. All in all, we thought the location very good, and well placed for leisurely days out. We would certainly recommend both house and area to our friends and to people viewing your website. This was our third self-catering visit to Cyprus and Peyia Gardens rates as the best both for accommodation and location. Hope to be able to stay there again in the future.
Georgina & Douglas (26th March - 5th April 08)

What a lovely house!
A nice development in a good location for Coral  Bay, Paphos & Akamas as well. Thank you for all the info, maps, leaflets etc. Youngsters appreciated DVDV/TV. Wishing you years of happiness here

One word is enough to describe this property.......fantastic". Four of us stayed for one week in early September 07 and had a fabulous time. The townhouse and development is finished to a high standard. The property is furnished and decorated in a contemporary style with air conditioning throughout (which is essential!). Coral bay is only five minutes away by car and likewise the village of Peyia is a short distance away. This was our first time in Cyprus and we would happily go back and stay here again.....recommended!.

Lloyd and I had a brilliant time at your lovely holiday home this September. It is very comfortably furnished and  has been finished  to a high standard. We found everything we needed for a relaxing stay.  Peyia is well served with all amenities and some good but simple restaurants.  We look forward to making another trip in the near future.
Joanne & Lloyd (29th Aug - 8th Sep 07)

Our two week stay at Peyia Gardens was really wonderful. The townhouse had all the facilities one could hope for when taking a family on holiday, it was lovely that everything was so fresh and new. The pool area was also great. The location was ideal with the busy town of Paphos 15 minutes drive away and having the quiet village of Peyia only a few minutes away. It was also an ideal location to explore the numerous beaches. Thank you once again, for sharing your lovely Cypriot home.
Lauren & David (11th-25th Aug 07)

Your house is lovely and we would love to come out and stay there again. I will keep an eye on your website for times we can get flights and will be back in touch when we know we can go again.
