Available to hire is a fully air conditioned 2 double bedroom town house which sleeps up to 4 people, complete with ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom and ensuite shower room to the second bedroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom two singles. Both bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and the second bedroom has a ceiling fan. A travel style cot is available if required.
The master bedroom suite has magnificent views from the balcony to the sea and over the beautifully landscaped grounds and pool. You can wake up in the morning and see the sea whilst lying in bed and then have breakfast sitting on the balcony. The master bedroom also has a spectacular high pyramid dome ceiling and feature porthole high level windows to either side.
The second bedroom benefits from two single beds and an en-suite shower room and toilet. It has it's own balcony with patio doors as well as a ceiling fan and air conditioning.
Downstairs is a through lounge / dining area, kitchen and separate wc. No expense has been spared in furnishing this house with very comfortable leather sofas (3 seater and a 2 seater) and walnut furniture including coffee tables, sideboard and dining table. The lounge comes complete with a LCD flat screen TV, DVD Player, Radio/CD and Air Conditioning. There is a large collection of DVD's, a selection of books, games and jigsaw puzzles together with a large number of tourist information leaflets, maps and guides.
The luxury kitchen has been fitted with granite worktops, oven and hob, digital microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
To the rear is a patio and small garden area overlooking the communal pool with garden furniture and parasol allowing relaxing al fresco dining.
